This fillable water base provides a reusable support solution for portable advertising flag systems.

The hollow base can be filled with water after installation to increase its weight. When the display is finished, the water can be emptied to make transport and storage easier. An integrated handle allows the base to be carried more conveniently, while the central connector supports a compatible feather flag or teardrop flag pole.
